Stellar Forge designed, built, and now manages Stellar Global Supplies' entire technology stack — from core operations software to an AI-driven growth engine — including a full migration from AWS to Cloudflare's edge platform.
The challenge
Stellar Global Supplies needed more than a single application — they needed a coordinated system of tools to run order operations, generate quotes, manage billing, understand performance through analytics, and grow through automated lead generation and marketing, all while keeping infrastructure costs and latency under control as the business scaled.
What we built
Platform architecture
Designed a suite of connected internal applications — SGS Orders, SGS Quotes, SGS Analytics, SGS Workflows, SGS Advertise, Stellar Bills, and Stellar AI — each scoped as a focused tool rather than one monolithic system, sharing a common identity and data layer.
Identity & access
Implemented single sign-on (SSO) across the full application suite, so the team moves between order management, billing, and analytics tools with one identity and consistent role-based permissions.
Infrastructure migration
Migrated the platform from AWS to Cloudflare Workers and the surrounding edge platform, reducing latency for distributed users and simplifying the infrastructure footprint compared to the original AWS setup.
AI & automation layer
Built an AI-driven advertising and lead-generation system (SGS Advertise, Stellar AI) alongside automation pipelines that scrape and qualify leads, generate and publish social media content, and automatically write and publish blog content — reducing manual marketing operations work.
Operational tooling
Delivered supporting internal tools — SGS Docs, SGS Scan, SGS Security, and SGS Testing — so the platform has proper documentation, scanning, security tooling, and QA testing built into daily operations, not bolted on after the fact.
